| The FCC has taken steps to encourage imaginative and innovative uses of the radio spectrum through granting experimental licenses for Personal Communications Service (PCS) and accepting proposals for "Pioneer's Preference Allocation of Spectrum."
The PCS applications and progree reports, request for Pioneer's Preference and requests for special consideration contain a wealth of technical and marketing data on these fast moving fields. These applications, filings and reports are difficult to identify, track down and obtain on a timely basis. They are being offered at a fraction of the acquisition costif they had to be obtained through other means. The following are selected documents from each of the catgories mentioned.
